A glimpse of you,
once brought a feeling of bliss,
now only tribulation.
I catch a glimpse of what was,
what could have been.
Was it all a lie?
Or just a game?
Oh how I loved being your pawn,
oblivious to what was truly there.
You come around me,
I don’t speak to you, nor you to I.
Nothing,
but a glimpse.
