The Name Tree
The name tree
Is what some call me
For I am tall like an oak
And am always surrounded by other folk
And sometimes I feel like a pine
Cause I will always be waiting in line
Whist others will cut infront
Like you do to trees with coconuts
And some say I am quite pretty
Just like the Magnolia tree
Its branches covered in flowers
And they never seem to cower
Just like me
Who is not sad to be
Called the name tree
Which is what some call me

I wrote this because I recently received the title "tree". Then, I asked my friend why she called me these, and she gave me multiple reasons, which I included in my poem.
