Deserving Pain

It's getting bad.
The words in my mind make me feel as though I shouldn’t be here
I watch as the tears stream down my face
The cuts and scrapes- they make it better.
It makes me feel like I am worth.
I feel better doing it- its what I deserve
If I punish myself I don’t worry.
I don’t stress.
I feel deserving.
