the cave
Like orbital stars collide
Dumbfounded and rocking
Their sparks a fall
Of jewels a vast
Ocean in space,
Sing somber sorrows
Come quiet morning
Find me asunder
In the dark cave
Shrouded in dark vines
And poison ivy
Tangled in their grip like
like
the gold string that winds around its spool
my fingers find the sting
to glow, to hold
to seek the absolution
found
Perched headlong on the edges of
My vision
Singing.
