baby teeth
my baby teeth,
a hearth.
i suckle on your kindness.
metamorphosis,
a daffodil
and drown in me.
it's a nightmare now,
but it never used to be.
just like porecelain.
they're gone for good and
i am digitized, i am uprooted,
i've lost control -
no,
i am not conscious yet.
the fire is stoked by a willow,
i sway in my sleep.
who is real?
a hearse,
i am quiet now.
underneath my pillow,
only baby teeth.
