Snowflakes, A Critique
A snowflake is a thing of wondrous beauty
Delicate and graceful, slowly drifts down
Do we ever truly contemplate its magnificence?
No. Its impossible to do.
For there are a billion more, just the same to a passing eye.
Each one a little different, unique in its own way
Perceived as the same, uniform and quickly forgotten.
So it goes with snowflakes and people
We are each a little different, unique in our own way
We are things of wondrous beauty
Complex and bright, swirling across the world
Do we ever truly contemplate our magnificence?
No, its something we don't bother to do
For there are a billion more, just the same to the passing eye.
Wouldn't the world be a better place, if we took the time to discover the snowflakes around us?
