Like
Sour candy,
Terrible at the beginning
But sweet by the end
Hours and hours
Of constant hammering away
Trying to turn them sweet
Like
Dark chocolate,
Most of the time not that great
But with some guarantee of sweetness
The natural beauty
That needs a touch of sugar
To be tasty enough
Like
Licorice,
Have to get the right brand
To make sure it’s good enough
The Twizzlers
That by opinion is better than the knockoffs
So they can have everything you’re asking
But in the end they’re as sweet as can be.
