Get with it or get out.

I was seven pounds and six ounces

when you first Saw Me.

you Looked at Me with no soul.

I thought you Loved Me.

you Created Me.

I am half of you.

you're supposed to Care for Me

Provide for Me

Spend time with Me

and, you,

JUST,

left me...

you Walked out of the house

and you never came back.

I still Wonder why

You left.

I wish I said goodbye,

I wish you said goodbye.

the last thing you said was,

“I don’t want you…

(the door closes.)

to Miss me.”

(you whispered.)

you Left in the red Toyota

I Wonder was the road uneven?

was it slippery?

you were only Traveling a mile or two

why weren't you Driving?

was he drunk?

whose fault was it?

why you?

you Left everyday,

but always came back.

you didn’t say bye

or I love you

you just Left

because you thought,

you would come back.

this day was different.

that day was quiet, eerie.

Mom was Crying.

she Told us all to Sit down.

she had to go down to the morgue

and Identify the body.

that morning was the last morning

I saw You.

I miss you

how come he Survived but,

you didn’t?
