If you could feel my heart
you would feel this new warmth.
If you could touch my soul from afar
you would know how happy this girl's smile makes me.
But it doesn’t matter what you are
Because she's leavin, leaving far.
And I won't cry
But I’ll stare out, thinking she’s still somehow mine.
If she could see what I see,
Maybe she wouldn't leave.
