Finding paradise
I could listen to a hundred rhymes
Of romance, life and love
I could read you a hundred lines
Of a feeling so ethereal, sent from up above
I could not but wish, that they match
The depth of your love
I could only but wish that they catch
The emotions that I treasure in my chest, a trove
A treasure trove of our memories, a testament of our time.
Every moment together... a paucity of phrases I find
All I can say is love, forever you are mine
None shall weather this bond we have; distance, people or time
And as you wake on this day, find me by your side
Find me holding you close, find yourself in my arms
Find ourselves in love, find each other in the other's minds, as I
Find my heaven in your embrace, my paradise in your heart.
