Earth's Song
I love my mother and you should too.
Say she was dying what would you do?
Same for the Earth we live on,
She took care of us, all along.
She's dying now because of us,
So let's listen to her song.
Listen to the tune,
She passes through the trees.
Listen to the rhythm,
That flows over the mighty seas.
The message is heard, yet not-knowingly,
She needs our help, please hear her plea:
“I am dying painfully,
With all the trash you throw at me,
And as you try to shelter your own,
You ruin your natural home.
Save me,
I beg of thee.
I've been here all this time,
So think again before you litter,
You've already crossed the line!”
