We changed
Remember the sandbox
And the whole world was just your town
And we’d laugh and laugh
Stupid things made us frown
When did we change
Our innocence gone
And stripped away
Leaving the act we put on
Someone please when tell me when
We became what we dreaded
Who were left broken
Scattered tattered shredded
We aren’t who we were
We lost sight of our goals
Cruel, two faced, morally corrupt
Lost lonely souls
Where and when did it change
The world large and us still small
And in a constant struggle
To keep standing tall
