Making Wishes
Throughtout the night sky,
Little twinkles come to sight
Shining stars begin to cry
Waiting for the wishes of the night
A wish comes to
And the stars begin to smile,
"I wish for a bike that is new!"
That wish is one worth while
Though the stars can't actually grant wishes,
Which just about all grown-ups know,
They instead bring enchanted kisses
That give the children a hope-filled glow

Just a little poem about making wishes. I don't know why I love stars so much.
