Ode to School
School...you are my muse I don't know how to feel about you.
One moment you are introducing me to another new friend the next you are putting the weight of the ocean on my shoulders. But I forgive,
you serve many great food although others may not appreciate it I do.
Many times I have despised you for the people you hold in you.
Those who have the need to make fun of others shortcomings to cover up their own flaws
and some of the teachers that ignore it but not all do.
You save me from the boredom of first period when you shout and allow me to go to the sanctuary known as second period.
After a while we move on to the next and next.
I leave you when the sky is orange and it's warm when we meet the sky is a light purple.
You are one of my greatest friends
