A Holiday Change of Heart
Never had much of a Christmas to share
The feel of snow foreign to me
No warmth of a fire, no presents to spare
No suprises left under the tree
Never really had any use for holly
Or found it necessary to be jolly
Never witnessed a reindeer take flight
Never heard the sleigh bells jingle
Never heard carolers sing "O Holy Night"
Never even met Kris Kringle
What's the need for all the commericalism, and who needs a tree eight feet tall?
'Twas then I relized maybe that's not what Christmas means after all

I decided to write something holiday-ish for a change.
