Remembered For a Lifetime

The one person
I will always remember.
We met in seventh grade.
Enemies at first,
friends in the end.
A friendship never expected.
Complete opposites
brought together by friendliness.
Changed me in so many ways.
Made me realize
who I really am.
And if we are ever split
apart from each other
she shall always know
she will be remembered for a lifetime.
