Look Around
Look down
Natives are running, swimming, dying
Just to escape
Just to cross one imaginary line
Look left
Children are groaning, sweating, laboring
Just to make
Just to produce some five-cent toys
Look right
They are crying, screaming, starving
Just to live
Just to cry and scream and starve some more
Look up
Teachers are teaching
Preachers are preaching
Charities are begging
Just for you to look around
But you stare straight ahead
And everything looks perfect
You may as well close your eyes
It?s such an ugly sight otherwise
