Somewhere Special
Crimson clouds and handsome beams of purple light
Helixes of warm wind dance right before the night
Splatters of pinks and blues flashing here and there
Like God Himself painted it for the two of us to share
But this unworldly beauty doesn't compare
To the company I chose to bring up there
Here we can both finally be alone
So safe, so close, yet so far from home
We will laugh until tears pour from our eyes
Our happiness reflected in the luminous skies
Then watch as the darkness overpowers the Sun
And we will stay there, hearts beating as one.
