God Of The Universe
Catch a glimpse of that beautiful sky
I feel a poem, a painting coming out
I breathe beauty
Some hardships came my way and
I rejected the only One who could help me
The only One who could understand
Because He knew from the beginning
I closed windows, locked doors
Ran away from the only One who could help me
The One I should have run towards
Because He saw- felt- my pain
I tried not to believe He existed
Blamed Him for my broken pieces
When He could put them together
Ignored His every touch
But He was in everything
God of the sunsets
God of the rainbow
God of the waters
God of every starry night
God of clouds
God of butterflies
How could I forget?
God of poetry, God of art
Greatest designer of all
God of the universe
