The Seasons of the Forest
Deep green in summer
Gold in fall
Coldest in winter
Spring blooms for all
Gone is the Rain
Here comes the Sun
Time for us to have some fun
Camping in this forest green
With all types of animals to be seen
Gone is the Sun
Here comes the Breeze
Making the branches dance with the leaves
Changing the forest from green to gold
All new beauties to behold
Gone is the Breeze
Here comes the snow
Making the temperatures oh so low
The world is white and asleep
This peace till spring, winter shall keep
Gone is the Snow
Here comes the Rain
Bringing back colour to the forest again.
The sky is blue, the trees are green
The most beautiful flora you've ever seen
Deep green in summer
Gold in fall
Coldest in winter
Spring Blooms for all.

I was inspired to write this piece after hitting my head after falling off of my old bunk bed.
