eyes secured, my phone is here, swipe unlock, I disappear
scrolling aimless media feeds, hashtag tell me, who are we?
the screen vanished, my mind erased, technology has now replaced

This is a sijo poem about the dependency our generation has on technology, and technology's ability to take over.

I like this a lot, especially "hashtag tell me, who are we?" because sometimes we got so lost in social media we forget who we are.
