Buried Alive
Oxygen, slowly draining from my lungs
Dirt covering me from head to toe
leaking through a small hole in the corner
breathing through my mouth to gain what was lost.
My body shivering as the air is sucked out of me
tears streaming down my face
sweat sticking my hair to my forehead
Lost thoughts as I lay there helpless
eyes slowly closing as the dark closes in
my last breath sucked right out of me
as I become no more than a box covered in the dirt.
