one moment
The triathlon is about to start, my heart pounds like the beat of a professional performer on drums, and the stress just keeps building up. I might explode. The stress, the excitement, the fear, and the prize build like the symptoms of a heat stroke victim in the middle of the baking sun. My opponent’s face beads with sweat from fear and determination. but I was not going to sit there and let him win without a fight. He will not win without a fight from me!
