Sleek, white, beautiful
Sits upon my hands
Flaming red eyes
Smoky gray tongue
Leads to my demise
Pale skin to match
Sickly eyes do too
Holds me prisoner
Trapped within myself
Escape is the only cure
Wrapped in shaky fingers
Growing tighter still
Snake attacks
My lungs, my life
And it won’t give them back
