Life Colors
Since yesterday, my life is a dull gray rag.
Exhausted by 13 hours of work and no play,
yesterday was a very tiring day
The grayness dulls all the colors of the world
leaving you uninterested in anything.
Trudging through the muck, ending in your bed
Sometimes, the world is like a calming blue sky;
the bright yellow rays of sun warm my heart.
I bask in the serene blanket:
time seems nonexistent in this peaceful realm.
Lighthearted and carefree,
you feel as if you could float away.
