Winter
Waking from slumber wiping
Sand from eyes knot knowing
That winter had left a surprise
When my father told me I went to
The door and found that the snow
Has risen 6 feet or more
The sight was so beautiful I thought
I would die the magical ice land could
Reach to the sky
Making snowmen, snow balls,
Sledding to my delight there was no way
I could possibly sleep that night
It was so peaceful and calm the snow
Fell like a feather this is a day I’ll
remember forever
