Love is
Love is very hard to explain,
Yet can be expressed so easily, as clear as rain.
When people are in love that’s all they think about,
So the only way to get through to them is SHOUT!
But love shouldn’t be interrupted,
Such a powerful thing love is, it shouldn’t be corrupted.
It can end wars, stop hunger, deter crime
When we spread it along it can last for a lifetime.
In high school, you can see kids sitting at a table, alone.
Those kids need the love that others won’t loan.
It is things like that, that make love a lost cause.
If others would just take the time to step back, to pause
The heartless jest,
The rowdiness of their social nests
To spread the love and give hatred a rest
The world will be a better place,
If people were to show love no matter what the case.
