Glory and Pain

There is a pain,
Neither physical, spiritual, or mental.
The pain comes from within one’s self
Racking all confidence.

The pain can make one sorrow
For things that are past.
Pain from the past and the fear of the future.

There is a glory
Physical, spiritual, and mental.
It whispers peace
When pain brings his hold upon us.

The glory brings peace,
Something pain cannot keep at bay.

Peace is long-suffering
And never truly leaves us.
Peace holds us together when we’re falling apart.

Glory conquers pain.
Brings to light, peace, and happiness.

Never doubt the glory.
For without it, we are but naught.
