Before She Fell
A rush of wind,
a silent call.
Standing, waiting,
about to fall.
Waiting, hoping,
by some lucky chance,
That someone will notice,
rescue her from this death dance.
Dreaming, remembering,
a different world.
The happiest moments,
before the colors muddled and swirled.
One last breath,
she's too far gone.
Alone to weep,
to break her earthly bond.
It's all too quick,
this descent to hell.
Could've been prevented,
except
Nobody caught her
before she fell.
