Teenage Love
I look at him, he looks at me
The way he smiles makes me believe
That something could be there
I wait for him to look at me
I look for him but he don’t see
In my stomach I feel like I’m gonna hurl
But in my heart I feel like a
Teenage girl
I put my ribbon in my hair
Hoping today that he will stare
I joke with him and we just laugh
He stares at me and ‘m SO glad
I wonder if he thinks about me
If he closes his eyes and makes believe
That I am there with him in his embrace
I wonder if he notices my smile
Like I do his
I watch his lips move as
He talks to me
Hoping that one day we will be a teenage love that lasts…
A LIFETIME!!!!
