Be
You are you
But some beg to differ
They would rather hide their being
And wither
Day by day
Neither dream nor grow
See nor be
The oaf in you
May find its way out
If you are not true
True to the real you
Some will doubt.
Doubt the real you,
The one who is true
The one you call you
Courage, passion,
Love, and hope,
Are all one needs to find the will.
The will to cope,
The will to live.
The will to dream.
The will to give.
Rules are not boundaries
But they are ways of life
That do not restrict,
But let one thrive.
Life is too short
So make the best,
Of you, your life, and all the rest.
Be the one you know is true,
The one that you call,
You.
