Beautiful Skies

In the sky so clear,
The clouds are near.
Where the sun shines.
Where the air confines.
I turn around and the light leer.
The sun dies as the moon peers.
As I fill with fear.
The stars so divine,
So beautiful is the sky.
As good as the Saturday nights root beer,
I open my ear.
To hear the silence that is mine,
I eat of my grape vine.
To the beautiful skies here.
So beautiful is the sky.
