ALONE.
I am not alone. I have my demons to keep me company. Mistakes that I made in the past seem to follow me like shadows. I may feel alone at times but I am not. While I sit and type I may feel alone, but the hunger pangs remind me of how untrue this feeling is. The scars on my arms prove that I have pain therefore I am not numb. The constant voices that I hear telling me "DO NOT EAT!" also act as friends from my past that are reappearing for a visit. I may feel alone at times but these are the constant reminders that my "friends" are lurking in the shadows awaiting there turn to get to hang out with me again whether I want to or not.
