Your Way Of Life
There's always someone criticizing,
Always someone categorizing.
Society labels us all the same,
Each of us a stereotype.
Anything different or unusual,
They consider useless, a parasite.
Many times the true us is hidden,
Afraid to be original and different.
Our true selves are unwritten,
Causing us to be what they expect.
But, it's time for a change.
Time to be unique and strange.
We've grown up learning what is "right,"
This is another deceit by society.
Now, I think it is time to decide ourselves,
What is wrong and what is propriety.
Being ourselves is the only way,
To be truly happy and to make it day by day.
