A Love Letter From The Glasses To The Book

I can read you like a book
you can’t hide anything from me
I’ll follow you from outer space
from sea to shining sea
I’ll love you till “The End”
even if your start wasn’t that great
And you’ll turn the page for me
because my frame can’t handle that weight
I’ll rest upon your cover
when you’ve said all you had to say
I’ll be your silent lover
and we’ll be happy that way.
