moonlight night
Oh lover I wish you were here
I see the moon and sigh a sigh
The moon is high
Glowing like the beacon of the night
And the stars are shining high in the sky
They remind me of the memories
Of you and I
Of how I never felt so much love from that tender touch
Our body’s shriving
Begging for warmth
Our teeth chattering
But we can’t let go
Not now when the moments so right
Whispering things in the others ear
When you hold me tight
Things that make me smile and laugh
Things that sounds so right
Oh my lover the sweetest words said though are
I love you,
Wet lips touch my mouth and I grin a little more
Lips widen to the others taste
Taking it slow there is no haste
A few more kisses sweeter than the last
Alas soon we must part
But not without that last I love you
In the moonlight
One last lingering hug
Before we depart
Thumping hearts
Beg us to stay
But you must go
Till a another day
The beautiful moon in its glory
Shining bright against the dark surfaces
Makes realize that even when we fight
Our love still stands
Bright like the beacon on the night
And lover I just want you to know
I’m missing you tonight
