Epiphany
She frolics in the water,
dancing in the rain
like she dances through life
The iron colored skies cry,
they pour out their sorrows on
her forgiving head.
She laughs in the downpour,
somehow looking beautiful
despite the deluge.
Her bright hair beckons,
his steady light
that forever shines on.
He watches her,
splashing through the puddles of life,
always too pure for his tainted love.
This much he knows.
