Apathy's an Old Friend of Mine
Apathy’s an old friend of mine who shows up now and then
He always has some gifts to bring, some game to play
We sit and play for hours and time slips away
He shows up unannounced, but is always welcome here
I forget my daily toils when I have his games to play
Important work’s no matter as time slips away
They say that time flies when you enjoy yourself
My life, friends, my duties all quickly slip away
I simply play with Apathy, it’s just another day
