Loving Friends?
“Don’t feel alone.” They say.
What do they really mean?
So very rare is the day,
When true love is seen.
Why is this?
What have I done?
Why bar my bliss?
Why block out my sun?
I have best friends,
But they feel we are friends.
The “best” in my mind ends,
And no other words it lends.
I know plenty of people like me.
This is clear to all.
Yet could anybody see,
Who loves me lots… or at all?
