"Sky, what's wrong? Why are you so blue?
If I can, I'll make you better. Just tell me what to do.
I'll bathe you in my sunshine, like any other star would do.
How ironic that my rays of light are the reason that you're blue."

"Sunshine, don't blame yourself. Don't worry about me.
Although your light's what makes me blue, it also makes grass green.
Without you, there's darkness.
It's a sacrifice I'll make.
So wrap the world in a gold light blanket, for everybody's sake."

The sky is blue.
But the sky allows the sun to shine,
the sky does this for you.
So learn a lesson,
just like the sky,
do a favor for someone else.
Or at least give it a try.

So true... I like the message/lesson you're giving. It's relatable. Also, you don't need your own commentary at the end; I think you could find a way to end it with the sky talking.
