My War Cry
My war cry echoes to every corner of the plain
It resembles a yodel, a ballad, an Aboriginal call
It mixes, combines, forces into love a mash of non-related, strangers-to-each-other sounds and feelings woven into one unrecognizable, un-detachable war cry.
The warrior of memories, guarding each piece of the puzzle
The 1,052 piece jigsaw, so-difficult-your-grandmother-can't-finish-it puzzle that completes my war cry.
No one can match, no one can translate, it stands alone
As unique as me, and only I can shatter my war cry.
