If I Could Hate
is it possible to hate you
as much as i think i do?
is it even possible to hate
when you know so little
about what someone is really
like? at least, i hope you're
not truly like this. everywhere;
all the time. it would almost be
impossible, to be so cold. to
be so cruel and closed. does
anyone know you well enough
to hate you? perhaps not.
but then no one knows you
well enough to love you
either. and what would that
be like? cold, unfeeling
limbo. no love. no hate.
nothing. just nothing.
perhaps it's better to be
hated and loved.
and perhaps i could hate you.
and perhaps not.
