A Summer on Mute
When sunlight came around
Perhaps it burned me hard
A summer without sound
August left me scarred
My mind? She was muted
While all the world was quiet
Such world remains polluted
My soul? A miniature riot
Oh, imaginary silence
Helped me to slow in movement
I have yet to stop the violence
Yet, learned to fake improvement
My mind? She's begining to die
with everything that I lack
Never was a sunlit sky
Painted with clouds of black
