The Astronomy Tower, The Giant, and The Little People
Oh astronomy tower,
I try to jostle your decay to the root,
and resettle among the afar,
to provoke the giant below,
with my ever glowing star.
Oh gorged giant,
laying so distilled by the sun,
you shall quiver now and forever,
the phantom you denied,
is utmost clever.
Oh little people,
who are far from his hugeness,
you befriend and tend,
the distance affair,
and help me ascend,
what I thought was too massive,
and to be never surpassed,
by any helping height,
you come with ropes and shoulders,
to strap him to the earth and widen his eyes to the knight.
