So Safe, Am I?
So safe I am
In shadows tears
The corner bends
Tomorrow fears
On axis spin
This tipsy world
The scars still hurt
For many years
And though we build
With miry clay
The stars still dance
For debts were paid
When these eyes close
In search of peace
They juggle worlds
For man to keep
The lamb hast lain
In fields of thorn
A wool of blood
A kingdom born
And though we paste
On eyes of dark
The pages turn
In light of day
