When Time Freezes...
A distant gaze
in a farway place,
in a crowded hall,
and her eyes
become entwined with a familiar face.
This is when time freezes
and everything is held
into its own sound.
Too many faces,
too many figures,
but her eyes involuntarily darts
to the most faraway person.
She's scared to close her eyes.
Doesnt want to
lose a second of this moment.
A slow motion that takes place
in her external being.
Look inside her
and see how quick her heart is moving.
It's a slow motion
that he feels too.
Both at the same time-
is that possible?
Rearm yourself
with your iron heart
as he looks past you.
Can you feel it?
It's not meant to be...
Can you see him looking
at the girl behind you...?
