Chaos spawns pattern,
Order breeds discord,
and neither nor the latter
will shatter ‘round the core.
And neither nor the latter
is a tisket or a tasket,
is a bird baked in the batter,
is an apple in the basket.
Run all the way home,
go blow your house down
and dissolve it into foam
when the foxes drown.
And dissolve it into foam
like the mermaid in the sea,
like the crawlers in the loam,
like the birds and like the bees.
Never this, never that,
unequal and unjust.
ƒ(where) and ƒ(at)
are true or must be dust.
ƒ(where) and ƒ(at)
are no higher and no fewer,
are no lesser than the facts,
are no realer and no truer.
Chaos spawns pattern,
Order breeds discord,
and neither nor the latter
will shatter ‘round the core.
And neither nor the latter
can the world exist without.

I'm not sure why, either, to be honest. o.O I'm not trying to be egotistical, but this is one of my favorite works, and I certainly don't think it's BAD. I get far more comments on artwork than I do for poetry.
Happy you enjoyed it, thanks for being the first commenter. xD
Both the architect and the artist have been compared to god throughout history. Math and art have always been the opposing forces in our world, the rules that bind society and even physics, and the intention to break the rules at any cost.
That being said, My own belief is that the most successful communication, the closest work to perfection, is a blend of the two. It does not follow the rules as law, but it does not shatter them at a whim. I aspire to BEND the rules, and mold them to my goals. that is what true beauty is to me.
