Nature's Tranquility
Wind whispers as the rain falls,
like icy fingers around the earth.
Trees sway with the wind,
Sun goes down.
Earth is hiding from other worlds
Away from the sun,
Behind the moon,
Under the clouds,
Dew begins to form.
Lightning crashes,
Thunder roars.
Cracks form on the surface,
Water twirls,
Earth calms.
Wind stops whispering,
Rain stops falling,
Trees stop swaying.
Clouds go away,
World stops hiding.
Until the Earth hides again,
Beneath the clouds.
Now Earth will rest,
Laying in Mother Nature's arms.
