First the butterflies came and rumage through your stomach
First the butterflies came and rumage through your stomach
Finding that spot to lay down and rest
You start to lose intrest in those around you
Expect for the one that remains in front of you
When the one you searched for
Could be sitting in front of you
In the eyes of those you look into
You find yourself being lost in the deep sea of their gaze
So you start to feel that maybe
This person could be the one you've been searching for all along
As times go by the tears start to form and the happiness and laughter fade
Maybe you have done something wrong is what progresses through your mind
As for his it drifts and the butterflies that once invaded your stomach have died
From all the tears and lies
So you take one final look into there eyes
And you tell them
"So when you remember me in times after, remember me always in laughter."
