Sitting by the Christmas tree, filled with delight
Sitting by the Christmas tree, filled with delight
He is coming soon, on this cold winter night.
We will hear his footsteps as he lands on the roof
And the scurrying of each little hoof.
The children are sleeping nestling in their beds.
They are hoping they will get a new set of keds.
The Christmas cheer is all around,
And people come round and round
To come celebrate this day on December 25,
They are hoping santa claus isn’t just a myth.
